"What a lovely property! Host is wonderful and helpful and responds quick if you have any questions. When you think about the price of a killer QP of “amenities” that are included this place is just an insane deal. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future and would highly, highly recommend to any guests looking for a 420 friendly place to stay. Also has a full kitchen with labeled pots/pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Overall 10/10 can’t wait to stay again "

"Peri was the BEST VRBO host we have ever had. She communicated well, gave clear instructions and was available at all hours. What an amazing experience for my grandchildren (age 10 and 12). Peri went above and beyond explaining everything quite thoroughly. I can’t say enough about how positive every moment was that we spent on the property. The house was clean, roomy, up to date with many amenities. I highly recommend this property. "

"We decided on this rental for our annual Pismo trip with friends. We've been considering an RV so what better way to test our theories!The host was very friendly in all our written communications, and the checkin instructions were so clear and detailed we felt like veteran RVers. Check in was super easy and we never spoke to a soul (but knew she was available as well as the resort staff). We were nervous with making a double reservation with both the host and resort but it was so easy and staff was friendly and professional!The RV was spotless and had everything we needed, including s'more supplies left as a welcome from the host. We had such a great time and if we visit again before we buy our own, we will be using this host again.P.S. My husband wants a pet raccoon...the tire cover was a sign that we would have a blast. The little guy greeted us as we parked!"
