"We were a group of 20—grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 67—and these units were perfect for our family vacation. They were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The units were fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchens were well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We especially enjoyed the gas grills and fire pits, which became evening gathering spots.Parking was plentiful, although we occasionally had to shuffle vehicles to get one out. The game room garages were a huge hit with the kids whenever we weren't out exploring.Our hosts were excellent communicators, responding promptly throughout our stay.The nearest beach access is about 1.5 miles away, but it's an easy drive.The units are on or near a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but those seeking a very quiet setting should be aware.While these are premium rentals, we felt they were well worth the investment. The spacious accommodations, amenities, and overall experience made them an excellent value for our large family gathering.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these units to large families or groups."

"Very nice space. It had everything that we needed and had lots of towels and blankets. If you like a modern, sleek, clean place to stay, this is the one. It was close to many things as well, 10 min to the store, beach, everything."

"This spacious property is ideal for large families. Beautifully decorated with a modern beach theme. The property lacked good quality everyday common household items such as forks, cooking utensils and no kuerig. The kitchen cups etc are coated and sticky did not want to drink out of as well as the pots and pans these simple things need replacement Bathroom shower stall glass door is a danger and came out of railing, needs upgrade. This property could easily be 5 stars with an easy "refreshing" of these items. I loved the property Beautiful and charming and would definitely stay again. Price point is right on!"

"We had the best time! Our little girls loved the play nook. We were so spoiled by all the amenities and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Lots of entertaining spaces but privacy for each family to have their own areas. We would absolutely recommend this space for large families, especially for little ones. The garage space to hang out was great and not to mention the double washer and dryer! 10/10"
