The staff was great! The actual hotel was being remodeled during my stay and the rooms shown on the website were not all up to date. Kauai gets a lot of rain and the hallway ceiling connecting the different buildings were leaking leading to wet carpets. Although it was being renovated, a notice of the current construction, closure of one of the restaurants and condition of the hotel should have been transparent.

Amazing pool and love the beach front on the hotel. It was very easy access and loved what the hotel has to offer. The only downside was, during our stay, it was raining and the rooms had flooding issues because of it. Other than that, staff was amazing and they were making it up by service. Thank you for everything!
