For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen. If it saves some a little cost, they’ll do it here. And who cares about guests - they ask irrelevant personal details on the screen form, too like DOB, which you must complete. The staff are good, which is one saving grace. But don’t expect premium. "
