"Stayed for 2 nights. 2 adults, 2 children and our dog. This place is a hidden gem in North Yorkshire. We had the most magical time. The Tree house and hut tub were pre heat for our arrival. Despite being very cold the little Tree house was so so cozy and remained cosy all night long after the fire had burnt out. There are multiple lights and fairy lights all round so it’s well Illuminated and you can swap the lights at reception daily for fully charged ones. There is plenty of wood at the end of each Tree house to keep fires stocked. You’ll never run out. The views, the grounds are just so picturesque, the trails to walk on are well kept and whole area is amazing. The residents room at reception has a free coffee machine and lots of games you can take to your TH. Also multiple charging options in there. There is just so much to like about this place. Our family didn’t want to leave. This is amazing for families but would also be really romantic for couples to get away. Don’t take my word for it get it booked you won’t regret it. Ps the sauna is lovely too."

"Very clean and tidy and welcoming. All utensils and amenities needed. Only downfall was parking which we were warned about. Had to park a good walk away and had to carry our belongings and kids and. Dogin the rain. "

"Room was very good. Rather warm, but turning the radiators off and opening the windows sorted that out. A very pleasant stay with the breakfast a 6 mile walk and a light lunch in the pub."

"Group of 4 all over 75 stayed October 2025. House was comfortable, warm, all mod cons, everything of high quality. Two lounge areas ideal for separating the kids! Well equipped with supplies of consumables etc. Start of various walks outside from the car park opposite. We didn't meet the host but communication was brilliant. Would highly recommend."
