"The biodome itself was clean and very unique. The property (communal kitchen and pool area) was unkempt- the BBQ does not have an igniter and the pool was dirty and unusable. The walk to the beach was nice and everyone was always very helpful. Lots of wildlife! "

"We had such an amazing time here! In addition to the bioluminescence tour with Eddy (10 minute drive) and the beautiful Organos Beach (5 minute walk), we did a horseback tour at Curu Wildlife Refuge (30 minute drive) and rode the ferry (10 minute drive to terminal) back to Puntarenas when we were done. BUT the best part for us was that a troop of about 20 howler monkeys was in the area and, at one point, treated us to about an hour-long show foraging in the trees almost directly above our dome....

"NOISY. Imagine motorcycles 24/7 with loud mufflers racing up and down the street 20 meters from your room. The toilet in my room leaked for the entire stay. They decided to address it at 9:30 PM by shutting the supply valve off. The maintenance man couldn't figure out which way to put the tank lid on correctly. "It was a delightful stay! Beautiful and quiet beach! Loved the view and access to the beach.Nice and private. Watched the gorgeous sunset every evening. AC was a plus. "J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."
