Relax in this pretty, quiet and elegant studio 1 minute from the beach, two minutes from the tram line to the airport and fifteen minutes walk from the city centre. Enjoy the sun and swimming in the Baie des Anges, festive evenings on the beach and walks in the city centre of Nice.

Nice studio equipped with a double bed 140 (possibility of adding a baby bed with toilet accessories, crockery etc. Supplement 30€/day) with French balcony on the inner courtyard. You have a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave, kettle and espresso coffee maker, kitchen utensils etc., and a bathroom with toilet area. Self-service check-in is ensured by a key box upstairs.
Access is via a gate on the Promenade with a digicode in the secure and guarded residence. Entry to the "Christiane Park" building is also done using a digicode. The codes will be communicated to you before your arrival.

Maryna, your hostess, can be reached by phone or on WhatsAxx. She is at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You can book secure parking for your vehicle 10€/day, 60€ per week and 150€ per month or + 16 days (to be paid on arrival in cash or online via Wero). Trucks or motorhomes are not allowed. The caretaker will be able to advise you on how to park your vehicle.

Beach equipment (parasol, mats, mattresses and beach bag) is available in the apartment.
Possibility of adding a cot, bath, children's crockery etc. (supplement 30€/day).
