Happy to have found this apartment. It is quite, safe, very well located, bus stop is just few steps far to connect with tram; supermarket is 5 mins walking, it has everything you need to stay. I am so grateful with the host, who is a very kind person who cares about your stay. Thank you so much.

Valérie was a wonderful host and the apartment was great. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and walking is reasonable too. After sunset, as a single woman, I was unsure of street safety and would take an uber back to the apt (might be fine, but I wasn’t sure). The two fans helped to keep the apartment air moving. I’d definitely stay again.

L'appartement était propre à mon arrivée. Celui-ci est très bien situé proche de la Promenade des Anglais (10mn à pied). Commerces de proximité proche de l'appartement : Super marché U, boulangerie... Accès à la voie rapide en bas du boulevard. Accès au tramway en bas du boulevard.Cet appartement est très bien équipé avec tout le confort : lave-linge, lave vaisselles, four, four micro-onde, plaque de cuisson et un grand réfrigérateur.Valérie (l’hôte) est très accueillante. un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ma fille et moi dans cet appartement très adapté, confortable et calme, bien situé pour visiter Nice et la région. La Mer et la promenade des anglais sont très proches et les transports facilement accessibles. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous venons à nouveau dans la région.

L'appartement est très agréable,propre avec une belle décoration.Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.La propriétaire à de bon goût et son accueil a été très agréable et elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour passer un bon séjour.La mer est accessible à environ 5 minutes à pied.Le seul petit bémol a été pour nous de trouver une place de parking ici presque tout est payant et les places sont chères vu le nombre d'habitants et vacanciers il manque à mon avis des parkings..Merci Valérie pour votre gentillesse et pour ces belles vacances d'été.Bonne continuation à vous!

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very nice and it was about a five minute walk from the beach. Valerie was very nice and the place was big and clean. It’s a five minute walk to the promenade which is next to the bus line which will take you anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend renting this property.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Valérie en plein mois de juillet. Rien à dire tout y est pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Propreté irréprochable, proximité des arrêts de bus tram, plage à 15 min à pied. Quartier vivant mais immeuble très calme et propre. Proprio AU TOP.
