Very pleasant 3-room apartment, 65m², ground floor with terrace and private garden, close to all amenities and shops within a radius of 200m (groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, post office, bus lines...), SNCF railway station 500m away, Nice Airport 3km away, Port of Saint Laurent, its beaches, promenade and Cap 3000 Shopping Center 800m away. Ideal geographical location, Saint Laurent is a seaside town, located at the gates of Nice and its majestic Promenade des Anglais, equidistant from Cannes and Monaco, but also close to the hinterland of Nice. The apartment is located in a very quiet residence, all 4 main rooms overlook the private garden and its large terrace. It can accommodate 6 people, ideal for families with children. Very nice and clean apartment. Close to airport and easy access to interstates roads. Short ride to beach and main attractions. Very good hosts. When we go back to Nice will use them again 100%
Lovely apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. The garden is such a bonus, Quiet and relaxing.The hosts are delightful.We had a terrific two weeks here and would recommend.
The appartement was very comfortable and clean with all amenities. Very close to the train station with direct links to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. It is also a 10 minute walk away from a beach, a shopping centre and there are a number of shops nearby. The landlords were extremely friendly.

This place was amazing .
first, when I entered the Boulding I wasn't sure for a moment, but when I entered the house inside was so nice, extremely clean. I loved the garden
The only thing I didn't like was the mosquito bites I don't like them and Make sure you bring something with your spray or something.
The location was amazing plenty of things to do great shopping, walking distance to the beach, and so many great restaurants around.
The owners Mirian and Jhon donn France I don't know if I say the names right, but they were extremely welcoming

Avec ma fille nous avons passé un superbe séjour à St Laurent. On se sentait toute de suite chez nous et l’appartement est très bien équipé, il manque de rien. C’est un environnement paisible avec un jardin très bien entretenu. En plus les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et disponibles en cas de problème. J’en suis très reconnaissant.
Bel appartement placé a côté de cap 3000 et de la gare.Le côté jardin est agréable.

Si usted ha visto la serie de "Friends" puedo decirle 100% que este es el apartamento de Monica Geller. Super Limpio, los utensilios de la cocina estan cuidadosamente organizados. Tiene un jardín muy bonito y bien cuidado. Tiene muebles de terraza y un comedor donde puedes comer y compartir al aire libre. Tiene supermercado cerca. La estación de tren está al sur a unos 11 minutos caminando. El tren se mueve en direccion este-oeste-este, por lo que llegas a Cannes o Mónaco fácilmente. Martine y Jean siempre estan atentos por lo que se pueda presentar. De parte mia y de mi familia está 10000% recomendado.
Grace à nos hôtes accueillants nous avons passé 10 merveilleux jours. Dès l'arrivée, les hôtes nous ont accueillis avec des petits pots de confitures, des céréales et des cannettes rafraichissantes. Durant le séjours nous n'avons manqué de rien . L'appartement est entièrement équipé coté cuisine.Bien placé à proximité des commerces. Malgré la pluie nous avons largement profité du rez de jardin décoré avec gout et amour et soigneusement entretenu. Bravo pour le travail de jardinage !Cette appartement est idéal pour se retrouver en famille , je recommande !

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche sowieso.
Sauber und gut gelegen, die Gegend ist sicher.
Fürs Einkaufen ist vieles in der Nähe, einfach cool.
Wir hat eine großere Auto hat kann rund um den Block gratis parken, oder gratis Parkplatz in der Nähe googeln.
Uns hat spaß gemacht,gerne wieder.
Dank an die Eigentümer die sind nett und freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben mir sehr geholfen. Die Wohnung ist zentral, ruhig und hat einen schönen Garten. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Cet appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. L’intérieur est aménagé avec gout et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Il est très bien situé au rez de chaussée d’un immeuble très calme et bien sécurisé. Il dispose d’un garage ce qui est indispensable dans ce quartier. Un jardin provençal complète cette location. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles. Nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons.
