Truly a wonderful little gem in Old Town Nice with a stunning Cathedral and Plaza view. This apartment could not have been a better introduction to the idyllic life and pace of Nice. There are tons of food, options and coffee shops nearby. Since the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and a grocery store around the corner, we were able to make a wonderful breakfasts for the family each day. The host is very courteous, polite, and helpful. The rooms (both the living room and bedroom) were very spacious, and the second full bathrooms was an added bonus for the family. Be prepared for two things (that actually added to our adventure), but some people might find it difficult to manage: first - the taxis or Ubers drop you on the edge of old town and it is a five minute walk to the property via gorgeous cobblestone streets, second - the apartment is three floors up and does not have an elevator. So travel light, have a good suitcase and enjoy the journey since it is all worth the view and location of this amazing property.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Walkable to all the main sights. Great view of the square. A little bit of noise from the square but nothing that disturbed. Communal entrance to the apartment could do with a refresh but it is an old building and the actual apartment was beautifully decorated with pretty much everything you could need (some clothes storage in the bedroom would be my only suggestion). Would recommend.

Great location in the old city. Very handy walking to restaurants etc. Has a washing machine which was handy but you need to take them to the nearby laundry to dry them. Double glazing cut out all of the street noise.

First time to Nice

My daughter and I came to Nice for her senior spring break, it was our first time to Europe. We were very happy with the location of this apartment, close to everything. It was beautiful, exactly as shown in photos! It was a short walk to the tram and bus stations, and we walked the little streets of Old Town Nice every night. Close to the market, so many delicious restaurants and bars… we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great home and location! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for a short trip to Nice for the Jazz Festival! This location was convenient to maximize our time in Nice. Short walks or tram rides to all the experiences we wanted to take in. The home was Uber clean and we appreciated being able to do a load of laundry. Nice is a lovely and lively city!

Another amazing stay at Magic Cathedral

My husban and I have traveled to the south of France several times We found this great place last summer and just returned from another stay! The host is wonderful to work with. The apartment is safe, clean, close to the beach and a great base for a Nice trip! We will definitely return again!!

We loved the location, and the apartment! It was clean and the balcony lovely. Heads up if you’re noise sensitive Saturday night is long and loud, and the bed is hard. It was a trade off for the awesome atmosphere and great walk ability!

Perfect location

Although the entry stairwell is a bit sketchy, the apartment above is well worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the activity in Rossetti place square was great. Washing machine has a 14 minute cycle, so you can do a quick wash in the morning and have it hanging before you go out to tour around. Bed was on the firm side, as was the couch for sleeping. Would stay here again though

Great location in the heart of old Town. Tons of shops, restaurants, markets and short walk to the beach. etc. Our balcony overlooked the Piazza rosetti and the church. Charming place to be. Recommend it to anybody wanting to experience Old Town charm!

This apartment is great. My spouse and I and our two kids were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It’s in a great location; easily walkable to anywhere in old town or the port and close to the beach. Val was very helpful as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Spacious updated second floor apartment in an old building on Place Rossetti. Central to most everything and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Val is very easy to deal with and responsive. The terrace and second bathroom are a plus.

This was a great place to stay in Nice, very central to everything, clean and comfortable. Anything you need is within walking distance. It was a pleasure watching the scene in the square below after a day out in the city and when you close the balcony doors to sleep there is no noise at all. Would stay here again.
