  • Superb studio at the Port of Nice air-conditioned, the Tram and the beaches of the Reserve.<br>The studio offers everything for a magnificent stay in Nice: bright, quiet in a cul-de-sac, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.<br>3 minutes from the beautiful beach of La Réserve, 5 minutes from the Port tram stop and 10 minutes from Place Garibaldi and Old Nice! There are excellent restaurants right next door.<br>This is the perfect place to spend a great holiday!!<br>The accommodation<br>Superb studio totally renovated and air-conditioned in the Port of Nice, close to Old Nice, the Tram, restaurants and 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of La Réserve.<br>The studio is with a sofa bed (new mattress of very good quality), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, ...), a beautiful bathroom.<br>It is very bright with 2 large windows.<br>Traveller access<br>The studio is all for travellers.
