It is situated in one of the prettiest quarters of Nice, in the Fabron hills, located just a 10 min walk to the neighbourhood shops and a 30 min walk to the beach while it is a 15 min drive to the centre of Nice. The city of Nice itself has a huge amount to offer from its fresh flower and local produce markets to its museums, shops, restaurants and bars.
