Located on the French Riviera in Nice, close to the Promenade des Anglais, SUEDE II is a 35 square metre apartment that can accommodate 2/3 people. Quiet, it has a sunny balcony. You can enjoy the beaches and restaurants that are 5 minutes walking distance away.
You will be able to cross the city from east to west with the Tram. Nice city station is 10 minutes walk away, the pedestrian street is less than 3 minutes away and the old town is 10 minutes away. Bus line on the Promenade des Anglais.
Apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift and a balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
On the inside, it consists of an open kitchen with a dining area, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, a living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), a shower room and a toilet.
