Best place I’ve stayed in the French Riviera

Jean-Yves’s property was absolutely amazing. The views from the patio are amazing along with all the facilities that were provided. Jean also went out of his way to try and sort out any issues we had. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Our week in Cagnes Sur Mer

The property is in a lovely location in the hills with views over looking the sea with a small pool It’s a short drive down to Cagnes Sur Mer where there are plenty of restaurants along the sea front. The accommodation has everything you need and the owner was very helpful. Trains to various destinations such as Monte Carlo are regular and worth the trip.

The apartment & grounds were clean and we had everything we needed. The views of the Mediterranean Sea, Nice, & Antibes were stunning! - There are 3 apartments, each has it’s own outdoor lounge area next to the pool. Yves was very helpful! Will definitely return.

This is the best stay we have ever had on the Cote d Azur, and we’re so sorry to leave. Very kind, helpful, friendly and discreet hosts. Superb accommodation, beautiful pool and sitting areas. The views towards Nice and the airport to the left and to Antibes and beyond on the right are just stunning. The location is perfect for visiting so many beautiful places, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, St. Paul de Venice to name a few are all nearby. Please, take our word for it, you will NOT be disappointed if you stay here, we would return in a heartbeat.❤️

Incredible views

The apartment was great. It was convenient to the airport, the train, beaches, and Nice. The views over the coast was great. There’s a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill that’s easy to get in and out of. I wished we had stayed when the weather was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool more. We were able to get in a couple of times and it was beautiful and very well maintained. Jean-Yves is an excellent host.

Tranquil beauty

We loved our week on the hill. The views were spectacular, especially when seen from the spacious grounds or, even better, the pool. We walked everywhere, down and up the hill everyday. Great exercise when followed up by a swim. A handy supermarket at the bottom of the hill and not far to the old town part of Cros de Cagnes. The Renoir museum is worth a visit amongst other sites. The hosts were great. Very responsive and helpful!

Über dem Trubel

Wer an die Côte d'Azur reist und direkt am Meer wohnen will, muss fast überall eine vier- oder sechsspurige Schnellstraße mit entsprechendem Lärm in Kauf nehmen - das gilt für Nizza, Cannes oder eben auch Cagnes-sur Mer. Wir haben uns dafür entschieden, nur ein wenig weiter oben am Berg zu wohnen. Dort hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick und fast durchgehend Ruhe. Und ein netter, charmanter Vermieter!

Die Wohnungen liegt wunderschön ruhig mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und über Nizza. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Stadt jede Menge vorhanden. Es war sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind absolut ausreichend und auf der Terrasse kann man vom Sonnenaufgang bis spät Abends wunderbar sitzen. Auch der Pool und die Anlage drum herum ist super sauber und gepflegt. Jean-Yves ist ein sehr netter und kommunikativer Gastgeber mit einem offenen Ohr für Fragen. Es war insgesamt super schön und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
