The hotel is conveniently located in great area within walking distance to shopping and dining. 10 minute walk to the beach right along promenade de Anglais. My only issue was with the lack of help with luggage upon arrival up 4 flights of stairs. While it was mentioned briefly in the description, it was not very clear as it was communicated as “ 4 steps to entrance” when in fact you have to carry your luggage up 4 flights in your own to get to the actually hotel door. The rooms are nice however this should be advertised as Air b n b not a hotel. This is a 2 night min stay. The front door of the hotel did not seem safe either.

Beautifully remodeled hotel in the middle of everything in Nice. Pack light, because there’s no elevator and it’s on the 4th floor, but the staff very willingly offered to help with luggage which was lovely. Nice and quiet even in the city, and walkable to everywhere in Nice. Felt like a luxury to stay here!

The Nicest hotel in Nice

Beautiful, friendly, spotless, relaxing. The staff, especially the kind man at reception, went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. The spa was exceptionally refreshing and the rooms were immaculate. I would actively recommend a stay here and would be delighted to come back. The only minor caveat is that there is no elevator, so may pose a bit of a challenge for some!
