Good size, great kitchen, brilliant location. Having to collect the keys is a faff, improve ventilation in bathrooms, black out curtains needed.

A central location with AC. Tons of kitchen and laundry amenities. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and TV area. We had toilet issues from Day #1 which were addressed quickly. Inconvenient key pick up and drop off as well as no luggage storage or transportation. Very narrow and steep stairwell. Not good for anyone with accessibility needs. Loud at night due to bar and partiers in the Rossetti square. Sometimes to 4:30am.

Cute!

Cute little apartment in a great location. Bathroom could use some better ventilation. Note that you have to go to a different location to pick up and drop off keys. Otherwise a great spot for a beautiful trip in Nice!

Excellent location

We loved this place! It’s located right in old town Nice, just a few steps from the Nice Cathedrale in the Place Rossetti Market. It is also just a 3 minute walk from the L1 Tram - which is perfect for getting around the area. We also liked the living room and kitchen. The only issues we had were they didn’t have any backup essential items. We had to walk to the grocery store to get some toilet paper because the room was only supplied with two partial rolls when we arrived. We were also disappointed with the hot water. It only last about 5 minutes before it runs out - and then you need to wait for 45-60 minutes before there’s more. Despite this, we would stay here again.
