Welcome to PEPYTE, a beautiful and spacious apartment, fully air-conditioned and recently renovated. Ideally located in the sought-after Carré d'Or neighborhood of Nice, you'll be just a 2-minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais, beach, and the pedestrian zone.



As you enter, you'll find a convenient storage area that leads to a bright living space, featuring a modern open-plan kitchen, a dining area with access to the balcony, and a comfortable living room. Everything and more

The location was ideal for accessing the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating two couples and a daughter. You'll definitely get your steps in, but it's well worth the effort. We would 100% stay there again.
