Summary:

Le Monty is a 22 m² studio with a mezzanine and balcony in Nice's Californie district, just a few minutes' walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Recently fitted with a new hob, a new fridge and a brand-new mattress in the mezzanine, it suits couples and solo travellers alike. The tram stops right outside the building and takes you straight to the airport or the city centre.



The Space:

Set on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, the studio is bright and well laid out, with high ceilings.



The living area brings together a sofa, a TV and a dining corner, and opens onto a balcony with city views – perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink.



The sleeping area is on the mezzanine, with a double bed and a brand-new mattress.



The open kitchen has been updated with a new hob and a new fridge. It also has a microwave, a coffee machine, cooking utensils and all the crockery you need to prepare your meals.



The shower room has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. A welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper) is there to make your arrival easier; it is not intended to last your whole stay, so please plan to bring or buy your own supplies.



The entrance has a freshly painted storage cupboard for your belongings.



Please note:

- The mezzanine is reached by a steep staircase and has a low ceiling, so it is less suited to guests with reduced mobility or taller guests.

- The studio has no air conditioning; a fan is provided.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole studio to yourself. Check-in is self-service: keys are collected from a partner shop on Rue de France. Arrivals must take place before the shop closes at 8:30 pm. Parking is available in the surrounding streets (paid, subject to availability).



The Neighborhood:

La Californie is a lively residential neighbourhood in the west of Nice, nestled between the sea and the city. The Promenade des Anglais and the beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. Bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and local shops are all around the building. The tram, a short walk away, runs directly to the airport in one direction and to the city centre, Place Masséna and the Old Town in the other. It also serves the area around Nice-Ville train station, from where trains make it easy to reach Monaco, Italy or Cannes.



Other Things to Note:

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form — a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked for an ID document at this stage, in line with current legal requirements.



The property is prepared and maintained by our professional team: full cleaning and household linen are provided for every stay. Additional paid services are available on request once your booking is confirmed.



Le Monty is a non-smoking property, with no pets and no parties allowed. Please take good care of the premises — charges may apply in the event of any damage.
