This villa has quality furnishings and comprises an open-plan fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) each and the 3rd with a double bed (140 cm) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub as well as 4 toilets. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement. It is fully air-conditioned.

Mit Blick von oben auf das Meer ist man in der Villa ganz für sich alleine mit eigenem Garten und großem Pool. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist komfortabel. Autos und Motorräder hört man trotz entfernter Straße. Einkaufen nur mit Auto möglich, kein Bäcker in der Nähe.
