Comfortable room and bed in small hotel well located in the downtown area of Nice. 8 minute walk to the sea and old town area. Easy tram or suburban line access. Nice Ville (main) train station is 12 minute walk away. The standard room was definitely on the small side, especially the shower. If you are not a small person you'll be banging your elbows and knees on the shower partitions many times trying to get clean. Once actually, the water never warmed and had to skip a shower that day. I'm sure a one-off problem, but it was substantial for me that day. No food options, no water kettle in room which is annoying. So this is really just a bed and half-shower in a clean place in a good area. I would stay again if I was in a more spacious room with real-size shower.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Nice and absolutely loved this hotel! The best part about it is the location, it is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and is only a short 10 min walk to the heart of Old Town and the beach. It’s also a short walk to the train station which was so convenient when travelling to other cities. The rooms were spacious enough and the service was wonderful. Our room also came with free breakfast which had a lot of varieties and was super convenient. There was also a free coffee and water station which was so nice not having to buy water! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend it to other travellers to Nice who want a good location for a reasonable price!

Great location. Only issue we had was returning to our room to find that someone had consumed our wine and left the paper cup on the shelf in the bathroom. The response from the manager was unremarkable and nothing was said during our checkout.

Excellent location and great eco friendly hotel

The hotel is in a great location and most places of interest are within walking distance. The room was very comfortable. The service was excellent. The person at the front desk was very helpful and offered a lot of advice for our trip. The only gripe was the noise and the thin walls. There are plenty of earplugs provided. There is nothing they can do about the street noise.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, gave us a lot of information about how to get around the city and trams. Nothing was too much for them. Room was clean and was large in size. The hotel was a slightly noisy as read in other reviews but it’s what is expected of a city hotel for a decent price. It was clean and comfortable. Location we felt was great! Round the corner from the night street and a few minutes walk to the main square. We were very pleased!

Super location , poor sound insulation

The location is impeccable. With a Tram station nearby With free water, drink, tea and snack downstairs The only downside is the sound insulation is definitely a set back for staying here. Even the person talking on the phone in the room next to you, you could hear the conversation or people next to your room is twistering the door but. So if you are very sensitive to sound, this is not a fit for you.

Too expensive, but cute and good central hotel

Awfully expensive for what it offers, but overall a good location and good hotel. Too small room for the price paid. Would have wanted a bit more space, even if it's a single room. Bathroom was too small and the sink wasn't big enough to wash hands! Maybe smaller than an airplane's sink. Very kind staff, one of the best breakfasts in the world! It was great that coffee, sparkling water, hot water and even syrups were available at the entrance. Not many international channels on TV - I only saw French channels. No minibar - for this price they could have provided a large one.

This place is great. Really close to lots of shops, restaurants and public transportation and a short walk through town to get to the beach. The hotel is trendy and cute with an elevator from the bottom floor.
