A relaxed place to stay. Very convenient. Close to train station,shops and walking distance to the beach. Staff were all friendly. Will stay again next time we come to Nice.

Overall was a great stay, we stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Wifi wasn’t great but other than that everything was perfect. Staff were very lovely and everything was easily accessible. Rooms were also cleaned and maintained each day!!

Basic and super convenient

Pretty good for the price. Very basic and perfect if all you want is a place to sleep in the heart of Nice. Very convenient location next to SNCF train station and close to tram stops.

Well. What a surprise I got from this low star/budget quiant Hotel. It may not be a 5 star Hotel but the staff and their professional and attentive dedication was definitely 5 star service. Clean comfortable rooms. Close to all amenities and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. It made me feel like I was staying in someones Family House than a Hotel with Robots.

Hotel approach is lovely, on a quiet street, very Nice-like aesthetic, staff are extremely helpful and couldn’t do anymore for us, the building feels very secure. The reception sells soft drinks for fair prices. The rooms are slightly dated however are large with en-suite, very clean and beds were made every day by the cleaner. Location to Nice-Ville station is fantastic, 15 min walk to the Nice sea front, plenty of restaurants nearby! Would like to thank the owners and staff, would recommend.

Good location - very close to the railway station and the beach (wallking distance); some grocery stores and cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is old and outdated - everything is mismatched - I don't think it has ever been renovated. Our room was on the main floor close to the entrance.The room smelled moldy and stuffy. The plumbing is really poor, and the bathroom always smelled bad. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling.The sound isolation is non-existent - it was so noisy with people coming and going constantly it was hard to sleep. This space should not be used as a room. The rooms on the other floors might be better, but this room on the main floor was terrible.

The Hotel was a traditional property with a vintage feel. Basic facilities but perfect for a short stay of four nights. Comfortable bed and room with small shower room sink and toilet. Air conditioning. A unique Hotel. The owner / manager and her staff were very friendly and helpful.

This property was so lovely. The environment was very comforting and the staff was super helpful. We checked in later than was allowed but they helped us so we could get our room that night. The building is adorable and parking as well as luggage holding and breakfast is available.

The accomodation was traditional and authentic as a magnificent building, which is nice. The building is historical with marble floor and beatiful painting, so you can feel the history of France. Also, you can enjoy a rich nature environment where you can hear birds chirping.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is ver well located. The staff very friendly. Our flight back was in the evening and they took care of our luggage for the day. The room was decent. The wifi a disaster. Just a sachet of shampoo for the four nights staying.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly. However, the room was very small for 4 people and they only had 4 separate twin beds in one room!! There was no garbage, hand soap or shampoo in the room.

Great service. The staff goes out if their way to help you. You will notice some stuff are outdated inside the room like the carpet and door, and when the neighbor is trying to unlock their door you’ll hear it as your own door. But that’s all fine, and the location was perfect: a minute walk from the train station.

A great place to stay, kitchen facilities were much better than expected (kettle, microwave and fridge). The room was great and cleaned regularly but you are required to leave the key by reception when you leave and this lead to us being locked out by the cleaners. Staff at reception were really helpful. It’s a great location for supermarkets and the train station for day trips, and only 15-20mins to the closest beach. WiFi is quite slow and there’s sometimes queues for the bathroom but there was a sink in room for washing hands/brushing teeth. Great value

Our room was very small and initially had a little smell. Staff didn't change the towels or bedding or gave us toiletires until we asked for them. After that our room was sparkling clean, looking and smelling good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is located just a throw stone away from the Nice Ville train station and near the tram and buses. It is very convenient and nice boutique hotel, but you have to ask them to take good care of your room.

Great location, old outdated rooms

Room – The room was quite small and dated. The carpet was very old, and the bathroom, particularly the shower, was extremely small (approximately 2x2 ft) and in need of a full renovation. The design made it difficult to contain water, which may have contributed to an unpleasant odor. Despite these drawbacks, the bed itself was comfortable. Service – The staff were excellent. They were welcoming, helpful, and even allowed us to store our luggage at no charge, which was greatly appreciated. Hotel – From the outside, the property is charming, with a pleasant courtyard in the front. There is also a shared kitchen area with a fridge and microwave available for guest use, which is a nice convenience. Location – The location is outstanding. It is within easy walking distance of both the train station and the beach, with a streetcar connection to the airport just minutes away. We were able to walk from the streetcar stop to the hotel in about five minutes, even with luggage. There are also electric bike rentals nearby, which makes exploring the area very convenient. Overall – This hotel has great potential. With some investment in updates—such as removing the carpets, installing vinyl or tile flooring, and fully renovating the bathrooms with a more open design and modern glass-enclosed showers—it could be an excellent place to stay and one I would gladly return to in the future if rooms were updated.

We were greeted very nicely by Camila, during the day. She was friendly and made us feel welcome. At night time, the experience was not the same, there was another person that was unhappy because we rang the bell. We stayed three nights in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our room didn't had bathroom, but only sink. Shared toilet was decent, only minus is that there is no sink in toilet, so you need to go back to your own room to wash your hands and also there is no curtains in toilet window, so people from next house can see you. Shared shower is in poor condition, but could be improved easily. Shower head was in bad condition and also the shower head holder was broken. In any case, our stay was pleasant and our room was very cool thanks to air conditioning.

Good location - right near main train station. Supermarkets nearby. Beach is 15 minutes away. Personal was great and helpful. Rooms and hotel a bit old and not super clean, but reasonable prices.
