Staff is great here and location is pretty convenient if you're okay taking the tram to downtown or the train station. If you want to be in the center of the action, it is in the quieter part of town - further from dining and shopping options. It's also very no frills - AC wasn't too strong (we were there late Sept) so the room was warm, bare essentials provided for shower, one small trash can. So we brough out own shower supplies. But very happy with our stay, was just what we needed.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Wish I would’ve known while technically in Old Nice, it was around a mile from the tourist part of the Old Nice town. A bit of an odd area. Although close and convenient to the train station. Wish the location was better.

Great location

The hotel is well located, near to the train station Nice Riquier and the tram L1. Also, a walking distance to Garibaldi and the old town. The breakfast is good for the price. The only negatives comment are that they just clean the room every four days, and with the Summer weather, it gets very uncomfortable to sleep with sweety sheets. Bring your shampoo and conditioner, because they just have body shower gel. No fridge and no safe.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Nice-Riquier railway station, in a very convenient part of Nice, not far from the old town and the Lympia port. The hotel as quite ok, but there was no room service. Anyway, it was possible to get new towels when needed.

Central location that is about a 10 min walk from train or tram. 25 min walk to Vielle Nice. Very close to shopping mall and Carrefour Hypermarket. Room with accessible shower looked a bit like a prison cell but bathroom was nice and large. Room could use some decor and toilet seat cover falls back too far. Would be helpful to have cups in the room. Very basic room with no frills. Would stay again.
