This large family apartment located in the lively and authentic Port district of Nice is appealing for its typical character and old-world charm.
With its red cheeks on the ground and its simple and traditional decoration, it offers a warm Nice atmosphere, a stone's throw from the sea, Garibaldi square and the lively narrow streets.
YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located just a few metres from Garibaldi Square and Port Lympia, the apartment benefits from a privileged location. You will be in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, galleries, as well as the tram which allows you to quickly reach the city centre and the station. Castel beach is accessible on foot, as are the many points of interest in the Port district.

The living room offers a friendly and functional space, where red terracotta tiles reinforce the traditional identity of the apartment. The understated decor, blending classic elements and Mediterranean atmosphere, invites relaxation after a day of discoveries.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district. A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station. A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice. A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station. A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card. Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

When renting the apartment, we considered not only the location and interior comfort but also expected an unobstructed view from the window. Unfortunately, the apartment we were provided with had scaffolding outside due to ongoing painting works. Upon inquiring about this situation, the manager responded by asking, “What kind of view did you expect from the window?” While the hotel's location is very convenient, guests should be informed in advance of any changes affecting the view or overall conditions.
