  • A small, new, cosy, and bright house with a garden, located in a quiet area in the hills of Nice, a 15-minute drive from the sea and 20 minutes from city centre.
    It features two beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate kitchen.
    The outdoor area is fully furnished: a 15-square-meter terrace with patio furniture, extending into an 80-square-meter garden.
    You can set up an inflatable pool and a barbecue here.
    We are neighbors, so loud parties are not allowed!
