Côte d'Azur Apartment Between Nice and Cannes with Private Pool Access

  • Located in the Provençal village of La Gaude, between Nice and Cannes, near Saint-Paul-de-Vence, this beautiful, quiet, 42 m² apartment offers all modern comforts and a lovely garden with trees.
    The apartment is on the ground floor of our house and is completely self-contained; this holiday rental is an ideal base for exploring the French Riviera. It features a bedroom (double bed + walk-in closet) with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, 2 sinks), a separate toilet, and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas stove, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine) that opens onto a large living area with a sofa. You’re also welcome to enjoy the garden and our pool as much as you’d like; we also provide a private parking space. Finally, you’ll be just 1 km away from all amenities (bus, bank, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, etc.) and 15 minutes from the airport, the beaches, and the Baou de St. Jeannet... Linens are provided upon request; electricity is to be paid on-site based on usage.
