Very convenient to the train station for easy day trips! Enjoyed the Nespresso machine and pods replenished every day. Room could use a little maintenance, but it was very nice for us and comfortable. If you are a large person, you will not fit in the shower. It’s smaller than a cruise shower. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English.

Great location convenient to the train station and Nice. Room was very small. Request a room on upper floors or facing the back. The noise wasnt bad on the 1st floor with earplugs but just to give a heads up. Front desk guys are awesome

They tell you a 100 euros charge is in case “you break everything in the room.” Who says that?! If you say you don’t need room service, they insist that they need to go in into your room to “make sure everything’s okay.” When I got to the room, it was already ajar. Weird. If you ask for an extra towel, they ask you to return the dirty towel first to the front desk before you get a fresh towel. No shower shelf for your shampoo and shower get, etc. I guess you are supposed to put it on the floor. If you leave a “do not disturb” sign on the door, somebody changes it and front desk says that’s a known problem and they don’t know who messes with that. The safe in the room was not working. They said it ran out of battery and they offered that I use another safe located in the hotel’s lobby.

Firstly, housekeeping was inadequate. The coffee table and used cups were not cleaned, and the tea bags were not replenished. This reflects a lack of basic attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Secondly, the room was poorly equipped. There was no luggage rack or designated space for luggage, and the bathroom lacked even the most basic amenities such as shelves or holders for toiletries. There was nothing in the shower area to place shampoo or shower gel, which made usage extremely inconvenient. Most concerning, however, was the handling of the tourist tax at checkout. When the staff requested payment, I informed him that I would settle it later. Despite this, and without my consent, the charge was immediately processed on my credit card. This is totally unacceptable and constitutes unauthorised use of my card.
