  • Welcome to Nice and my home!
    Kitchen and bathroom renovated in 2019, equipped for cooking, dishwasher, etc.
    Original 1920s details, parquet floor, air con/heat, elevator. East facing exposure, great sun until afternoon.
    All rooms access balcony which runs length of apartment. Located in the Musicians quarter, 8 minutes from train, 5 from tram, 10 minutes beach, towels, pads and umbrella included. Happy to provide restaurant recommendations and flexible checkin/out if possible.
