  • 200 yards from the tram direct from the Airport, two tram stops from Nice Central Train station; 70 yards to the beach; underground parking outside our door; shops, cafes and restaurants everywhere immediately outside this pedestrian zone 3rd floor property of 120sq meters (360 sq feet) which boasts two separate sitting rooms and second kitchen/dining area. There is no other property if this nature located on Nice’s famous ‘Place Massena’ fountain garden square next to the Old Town on Nice.
