- Appartement de 3 pièces 56m2 en Rez de Jardin, tout équipé, refait à neuf idéal pour 3 personnes. Deux chambres. La 1ère avec un lit double 1,60m , Une 2e avec 2 lits simples, ( lits gigognes ) qui peuvent se réunir. Un canapé lit dans le salon, 1,40m. Salle d eau à l italienne, WC indépendant avec lavabo. Cuisine aménagée, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Télévision, Table et chaises dans le jardin. La mer est à 200 mètres à pied. très jolies balades à faire le long du littoral, la pinède du Mont boron avec le Fort d Alban et sa vue féérique sur la baie et Nice avec ses restaurants, ses boutiques, ses marchés typiques ..
