Everything We Wanted

The apt is a good value for the money and in a perfect location for us as a bit quieter neighborhood yet close enough to the crowds on Nice. The property manager was awesome and super accommodating in meeting us for check-in. We would highly recommend this place and staying there again if we found ourselves back in Nice.

Extraordinaire! L'appartement, la vue, et surtout Malen!

In English: this is our 2nd stay in the apartment. It is simply perfect. We can walk everywhere, enjoy the views, the Promenade, and the restaurants. The markets are exceptional as is the vieux Nice. Malin is the best host we have ever had in a decade of booking apartments around the world and in the USA. Brava! We can't wait to come back next spring!

Just Perfect!

The location was simply perfect! Quiet yet short walk to everything from shops, restaurants, the Harbor and Promenade! Malin was cordial, exceptional, professional, responsive and accommodating! The apartment had everything we needed, but being so close to the sea with spectacular views, it does show unavoidable but minor signs of "sea ware!"

After an exhausting trip overseas, check-in was a breeze. The view is amazing. We lived on the terrace when we weren’t enjoying the sites in and around Nice. Well appointed apartment with bountiful linens. Very clean. We will be back!

Nice time in Nice

Property as described with a great view of part of the port. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance, especially Nuances on Rue Cassini. Lovely welcome from Malin who showed us how everything worked and explained the tram and bus system. Look out for the free little boat that takes you across the harbour. All in all it was a good base for exploring Nice and we would certainly come back here.

LOVELY APARTMENT

This is a lovely small apartment. In August in Nice it is quite hot but a lovely sea breeze seemed sufficient. Fans helped. There is no A/C. The lift was a necessity for me. The location is lovely but not close to the center of Nice (Place Massena or the Promenade des Anglais). The apartment complex has very kind and friendly neighbors. The private balcony is great for sunbathing and the view, spectacular. The hosts Malin and partner, Jonas, were extremely kind, helpful and accomdating. I was quite sad to find it necessary to leave early. The pebbled beaches and steep hills of Nice, which I adore, made it confining and difficult to leave the apartment, which I did not intend, due to recent injuries (not completely healed) to my spine and hip. Hopefully one day I will return. My very appreciative gratitude are owed to Malin and Jonas who are truly fine people.

An amazing few days in Nice!

Malin was a kind and organised host who made everything about our stay so east. She was very accommodating of our early check out as well! The view from the apartment is spectacular and it is just a short walk away from the old town and the port which is a great location.

Good communication from booking onwards. Malin met us at the apartment and was friendly and helpful. Apartment in excellent position with a large balcony with a view of the sea. Supermarket and bakery round the corner and bar/restaurants outside the apartment building. Flat was clean and well-equipped. No A/C but not an issue in early June. Would stay again.
