Ideally located in the heart of Old Nice, just 50 metres from the beach and a stone's throw from the famous Cours Saleya, this charming 75 m² apartment welcomes you on the 4th and top floor of an old building, without a lift.
Its large windows open onto a calm and bright street, offering you a haven of peace in the heart of the historic centre.
YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in one of Nice's most iconic neighbourhoods. Old Nice charms with its colourful alleyways, lively markets, typical restaurants and its immediate proximity to the Promenade des Anglais, the sea, and the main tourist sites. The Cours Saleya, a true beating heart of the neighbourhood, is just a few steps away.
STAY
The vast living room, with its typically Nice charm with its terracotta tiles and moldings, exudes a warm and classic atmosphere. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, it invites relaxation. A complete video equipment (television, player, Wi-Fi connection) is at your disposal for your moments of rest. The room is through-flowing, bright and pleasant to live in.
COOKING
The independent kitchen, accessible from the central corridor, is fully equipped to allow you to cook as if at home. You will find hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as all the crockery and utensils needed.
ROOMS
The apartment has two bright and very quiet bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, generous storage spaces, and a mobile air conditioning unit. Their serene atmosphere makes them an ideal refuge after a busy day.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

Very spacious, charming apartment with views of the tower. It has everything we needed. Good exercise going up the stairs. Location near boullangerie for morning croissants. Right in hustle and bustle of Old Nice.

Thank you for sharing this property. The location was excellent just as we had imagined old town to be. Shopping, dining, sights so convenient, everything walking distance. Loved the lights at night and the open markets. Streets safe at night and well lit.
On arrival friendly greeting and great communication. Only a 20min walk from the train.
The stairs up and down must admit became a novice on the last day, fitness levels increased.
The amenities at the property were plentiful, rooms spacious, bed comfortable and had a warm inviting family feel.

Nice apartment, great location very close to the beach. No lift. If you travel with big luggage would be very tired. Otherwise it is a good option.

LOVED the location of this place! Walkable to everything in Old Town. Traveler beware though... cars are not permitted to the office or the apartment. You'll get dropped off at the Hotel Suisse and then have to walk. Also, there is NO ELEVATOR, so you'll have to carry your suitcase upstairs and the stairs are very worn and uneven. Air conditioners in the bedrooms, but the apartment stays warm in the other rooms.
