Our newly renovated 2-room apartment welcomes you for your next stay in Nice!
Located on the 5th and top floor with an lift, it faces south and is very sunny.
Close to the Nice Ville SNCF train station (4-minute walk) and the tram (2-minute walk from the Thiers stop).
In the well-connected Libération area, you’ll find the Provençal market, plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, and small, traditional restaurants.
The Promenade des Anglais and Old Nice are a 12-minute walk away.
The Accommodation
The apartment, located in the heart of Nice, features:
- a spacious and bright bedroom with a king-size bed (160x200) and a private balcony (smoking permitted on the terrace)
- a living room with a convertible sofa bed (140x200) featuring an Italian-quality mattress, a dining table for 4 people, and a television. Access to a second balcony.
- a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower
- a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, and freezer, plus all the essentials for cooking if needed.
- Wi-Fi throughout the house
- Bed linens and towels are provided
- Available for your use: tea, coffee, toaster, iron, beach towels, shower gel, and hair dryer.

You have access to the entire apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
- Upon arrival, you’ll find coffee pods, tea, and a complimentary bottle of water.
- A bottle of champagne or wine is available upon request (for an additional fee).

To ensure you have a pleasant stay, we do everything we can to guarantee the apartment is spotless upon your arrival.

No parties or festive events are allowed in the apartment. Please respect the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (an additional charge will apply if there is a smell at checkout; however, you have access to the two outdoor balconies).

We can assist you with anything you need before your arrival and will be available during your stay to offer recommendations on the many places to visit in Nice and the surrounding area, including beaches, restaurants, and small villages.

We are fluent in French, English, Italian, and Spanish.
