Good location. Couple of nice places to eat nearby. Has all the amenities such as a rubbish disposal room and water fountain. I did ask for 2 single beds (via the expedia app) a while before arriving but this wasnt responded to by the property. There is also supposed to be a room service after 7 days which was never done so we had to use the same bed sheets / towels etc for 12 days.

I had a great stay at this property in Nice! The place was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen stocked with pans and cooking utensils, which made it easy to cook meals. The sheets were fresh and clean. One thing to note: if you need extra towels, there’s an additional charge. The location is excellent — very walkable, with the tram, grocery store, and the beach just a block away. I would definitely stay here again!

Perushyvä ja suhteellisen edullinen yöpymispaikka hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Keittiössä tarvittavat varusteet, kylpyhuoneeseen olisimme kaivanneet hiustenkuivaajaa, mutta saimme lainata sitä vastaanotosta. Uima-allas oli kiva lisä ja siellä oli rauhallista.

Simpelt och bra!

Simpelt och bra. Finns det man behöver! När strand & tar ca 20 min att gå in till staden. Jag och min sambo är överlag nöjda, vi var dock väldigt lite på boendet (sov där bara) för att uppleva Nice! Obs ganska trångt! Vi blev också lite besvikna på att poolen inte var öppen & att det inte fanns information om detta på hotellets hemsida.

Et hyggeligt lejlighedshotel meget nær Strandpromenaden.Flinkt personale og god morgenmad. Hotellet lukker for sommersæsonen, da det skal renoveres, hvilket det også bærer præg af, er nødvendigt. Bliver givet attraktivt efter renoveringen

Nizza war zu Fuß erreichbar. Das war das Einzig Positive Kein Handtuchwechsel; erst nach 7 Tagen wurde die Handtücher gewechselt. Unhygienisch!!! Der Fahrstuhl war defekt und wir wohnten im 7 Stockwerk. Die Luft im Treppenhaus war nicht auszuhalten. Man hat kaum Luft bekommen. Im Schwimmbad durfte man lediglich ein Handtuch mitnehmen und man musste eine Badekappe tragen, die man für 5 Euro erwerben musste, ohne Badekappe hatte man nicht mal Zugang zum Pool. Noch nie erlebt. Hier wäre eine Preiserstattet angebracht.

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel qui est proche du centre, des commerces et de la promenade des Anglais. L'appartement est propre etles drats de lits sont très propres. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil surtout Paul. Mon prochain séjour à Nice sera aussi dans cet hôtel.

Ideal stay in Nice!

Lovely stay. Handy location close to the beach and a short tram ride from the airport. Very close to the promenade, supermarket and tram stop is a 2 minute walk from hotel. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave bags before our late night flight. The room had a fridge which was super handy.

Cheap, cheerful and well located

We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Decent place at a good price

A basic clean room at a good price. Aircon, shower. Wifi all worked well. Located next to the tram stop with trams every few minutes to the city centre, airport and buses connections to Monaco and Cannes. Close to supermarkets and a nice cafe. Friendly staff who spoke good English. I’d go there again.
