Wij hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad bij dit appartement.
Het is een net appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien en tevens een zeer groot terras heeft met een fijne loungeset en een aparte eettafel. Ook is de garage zeer praktisch voor gasten die eventueel fietsen bij zich hebben. Niet te vergeten een fijn en goed droogrek voor de kleding. Altijd fijn als je de was hebt gedaan.
Werkelijk alles is op loopafstand. Treinstation op 1.2km. Bakker/buurtwinkel op 50 meter. Strand op 100 meter. Restaurants en barrtjes op 75 meter. Groot winkelcentrum (CAP3000) op 1.0km. etc. etc.
Kortom, zeker een plek om nog eens terug te keren.
Our stay in Nice was wonderful. Our host Mireille was very accommodating with accurate information on the property and surrounding area. Transportation, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. We loved to walk so it was not a problem to go to those destinations. I am 74 and my wife is 64 and had no problems getting around. Walk to bus transportation is approximately 300 yards, restaurants are 200 yards and shopping center is about a mile along the sea shore or take the bus. We would come back, especially if Mireille is the host.
L'appartement est très bien situé avec tout le confort possible pour passer un excellent séjour. La terrasse spacieuse est parfaite pour la détente.

Très bel appartement
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Très bel appartement, lumineux, très bien équipé, couchage de très bonne qualité, clim très intéressante en cas de fortes chaleurs, garage très appréciable vue la situation de la résidence. A 2 pas d'une belle plage de galets, arborée par quelques palmiers et pins. Je recommande cette location.

L'appartement est super bien situé, au calme.
Il est bien équipé et possède un garage, ce qui n'est pas négligeable!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et au petit soin de leurs locataires.

Très bon appartement
Joli appartement fonctionnel, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Des restaurants et autres petits commerces à proximité. Tout le confort nécessaire à disposition et une magnifique terrasse, par contre l'appartement aurait pu être plus propre et la connexion wifi laissait à désirer. C'est quand même une très bonne destination que je recommande.
