2 Bedroom Apartment Paces from Place Garibaldi, On the Edge of the Old Town.

A perfectly situated, totally refurbished apartment with full air conditioning. It is on the 2nd floor with no lift, but the staircase is wide and shallow as there are half landings, which make it very easy to negotiate. The apartment has two, equal size, double bedrooms. The apartment has free Wifi, 42" HD TV, Blue Ray player with a large selection of movie discs and cds. Fully equipped American Kitchen with Hob, Microwave Oven, Dish Washer, Washer Dryer, Fridge and small freezer compartment. Oak dining table and seating for 6 people. English owned and it is our second home. Ample storage space for clothing and suitcases. In the bathroom there are his and hers wash hand basins, a shower cubicle, wc and corner bath (Unusual for French apartments). There is also a separate wc, convenient for 2 but essential for 4 guests. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment facing a courtyard area which is very quiet so undisturbed sleep with the windows open at night is possible. From one of the lounge windows you can see the entrance to the recently opened Coulee Verte. Place Garibaldi is the center hub for Cafes, transport, both Buses and Tramway to Airport, Station, Monaco and many other places en route. The location has the advantage of being close to the Old Town without the late night noise from partying revelers. If you like fresh seafood then the world famous Cafe de Turin is in the next building, book early to avoid disappointment. The double glazed windows are really efficient in blocking out any noise from outside, so you can enjoy the apartment in total peace and quiet.

Location in central Nice close to bus stops is excellent and easily accessible by tram from the airport. Apartment is quite small but has everything required for a short stay in Nice. Although the apartment had been cleaned we found that much of the crockery and cutlery had been put back dirty into the cupboards and needed washing before use. This should be checked prior to arrival, which would make for a much better stay.

A very well situated apartment in the heart of the old city and away from the craze of rue Saint Francois de Paule. We were able to walk and tram to many attractions from this nicely appointed apartment. The apartment featured walls two-foot thick meaning no noise from the bustle of the city. Our hosts provided all that’s need to feel at home and cook meals if you desire. We loved Nice and the surrounding towns - when we return we will rent the apartment again. Oh! And very responsive hosts. Thanks for a great stay.

Great property

Perfect location to explore Nice and the surrounding area. Excellent for transport links, amenities etc. Quiet bedrooms a definite plus. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant Stay in Nice

We enjoyed our stay. A couple of issues with the TV and DVD player but the host made good by obtaining a subscription to Netflix which we enjoyed. He also threw in a free mid-stay apartment cleaning. Overall, no complaints and we would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Nice.

The place was wonderful. The best location to walk to everything. Loved having the room with the extra toilet for our family of 4. Clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is ideally situated at edge of Old Nice and directly across the street from the Monoprix. Ideal location for exploring the charm of Old Nice and the Port of Nice. Walking distance to the Cours Selaya market and many excellent restaurants and cafes.

Nice Stay

The host was very kind. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient with a grocery store across the street, tram stops nearby, and restaurants of old town a short walk.

Nice vacation

The apartment is in an excellent location. Just on the edge of old town and a 5 minute walk to the sea and all the beautiful sites of Nice. The owner, Brin, was very communicative and his assistant Roxana made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this quiet excellently located apartment for your stay in Nice.

The apartment is wonderful. So large, so clean, such a great neighborhood. We walked to the beach every day and to the old town every day So much to do in Nice! The owner was responsive for everything we needed. Overall a 5 plus star experience.

Great stay in Nice!

This is a wonderful apartment. Location is very convenient to public transportation, which helps you navigate the city with ease. The apartment itself is quite spacious. It is clean and comfortable. Variety of restaurants is all around as well as the grocery story, if needed. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Cute apartment in a great location!

We had a lovely stay at Brin’s apartment in Nice. The apartment is in such a good location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars in Girabaldi square. The place is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, a washing machine, and has air conditioning which was great to come back to after a full day in the summer heat. Would definitely recommend this place, thanks Brin!

Great location. Did I mention great location! Very close to tram to take you everywhere around the city and to trains to neighboring towns. Great neighborhood, everything you need is close by. Simply the best!!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for me and my friend on our girls trip!! It is centrally located off the tram so not difficult to get to. No elevator which is annoying, but upon arrival the property manager helped me with my bags, which was so very kind! We loved the AC and washer that were available in the unit. This space is perfect for so many reasons!! You won’t be disappointed!

Not Long Enough in Nice!

A great, comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. On edge of old town and close to many bars and restaurants. Monoprix supermarket just across the road. Transport on doorstep but very easy to walk just about everywhere! Garibaldi Chateau train station just around corner which has direct route to the airport. We only stayed three nights but wish we had stayed longer - Nice is such an exciting place.

Wonderful base for a NICE vacation!

Stayed here as a couple with two daughters (17 and 20). Location is excellent - walkable to everywhere and easy access to both tram lines when you choose. Handy to shops and restaurants, and to both Vieux Nice and the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Brin is a welcoming and helpful host - responsive and easy to communicate with. His local property representative is professional and accessible. Amenities in the apartment (diswasher, AC, laundry) make it ideal for the mix of culture and beach fun the Côtes d’Azure offers with legendary sun and heat!! Would stay here again without hesitation; in fact, we are already talking about going back!

Great 2BR in Great Location!

Everything about this apartment was perfect, beginning with the 100% accurate picture and description portrayal in the listing. Super comfortable, spacious 2BR. Really good having the extra half-bath. Huge full bathroom with shower and tub. Awesome air-conditioning. Location could not be better - right off Place Garibaldi, on the step of the Old Town entrance, across from the start of the Papillon Promenade, a big Monoprix grocery directly across the street, virtually immediate access to both Lines 1 and 2 of the tram. Very helpful and communicative host and local cleaning crew. Do not hesitate!

Great location but a little worn. Needs refreshing,needs new dining & coffee table, chairs and pans.

We've just stayed here with our kids and it was okay. It was very clean though but needs new bits, as above. No lift, so climbing stairs on hot days and with luggage challenging. Supermarket just across the street,which was great and Garibaldi tram just around the corner with port near by too. Can't fault the location, just attention needed to the apartment itself to refresh. We were met by a lady who spoke no English, so she couldn't answer our questions wo

Old town charm

Our flat was newly remodeled and conveniently located in old town Nice, right around the corner of the train station. The new windows were a plus for keeping the street noise out. (But I actually liked the windows open and the noise!! 🤓). A new metal security door, as you enter the building was installed while we were there. Our check in was easy, our greeter was very informative and told us places to go. For us it was the perfect place. We will definitely rent here again.

Fantastic location, modern and comfortable apartment

The apartment is literally a less than 5 minute walk from the tram station, opposite a supermarket and next to the entrance of various little streets that make up the old town of Nice. It could not be more convenient! It is modern and well equipped. The beach is around a ten minute walk. Great comms from the owner / his agent (who responded almost instantly , in English, to our text from the airport). The living space overlooks the main road , so there a little noise, or atmosphere as we described it - the bedrooms are at the rear and I could hear nothing at all at night (and I am light sleeper). We did not need the AC (to the living space and bedrooms) as it was no more than high 20s in the day but this would be great in summer.

Great location and convenient to Old Town and transportation

I stayed with my adult daughter and adult granddaughter. The apartment is conveniently located to Old Town, restaurants and a market across the street. There were several bakeries about a block away for pastries. There were also several restaurants very close. The beach is within walking distance and transportation very close. The air conditioning was excellent and needed as it was hot during our stay. Check in process was easy. The 1/2 bath was nice since there were 3 of use. The apartment was very clean with the exception of 1 toilet bowl but I cleaned it and didn't say anything to the owner. The owner was very responsive to my messages. There are about 3 flights of stairs and no lift. The person who let us into the apartment helped with my luggage. The stairs were really not a concern except the first day with the luggage. I would stay there again.
