"My wife and I went to this property for 3 nights from May 15-18. A very nice property with excellent staff. However, the contents of the room need to be updated as they are falling apart. My safety deposit locker couldn't be unlocked and I had to ask for help from Maintenance to open it. I had to wait for an hour to open it and as a result missed going out for breakfast as planned as our wallets and driver's licences were in the locker. The lockers are very old style and need to be replaced.
However, the staff were very apologetic and Sahil at the reception gave me a complimentary bottle of red wine and a voucher for a free breakfast at their LIV restaurant.
The bathroom tissue in the bathroom kept falling off the tissue holder. The temperature controls in the room also need to be updated rather than just having options as Off, Fan on, Low Heat, Low Cool. It would be nice to be able to set it at a specific temperature.
However, I would probably go there again because the service was excellent."
