"Friendly and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the bell hop and valet. Latter two were excellent. Yes, 70$ for valet is pricey but the service was in effect until 400 pm day of checkout, which is good, and the crew knew their job and were happy to answer any questions."

"The room was being renovated and therefore only 1/2 finished. There were no tables, no desk, no TV console, lamps or art. Just beds, 3 chairs and nightstands. And the AC didn’t work. When I asked for a credit, they said they couldn’t do anything. I should have been told when checking in."
