This is a great location hotel but you have to pay for the view. Overall it is worth it.

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner.
