Great location, free parking! Jacuzzi suite was super clean and comfortable. Pool area was great…music, refreshing water and plenty of lounge chairs and shade. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great mid week rate! I will definitely be back!

I had a great stay. They location was easily walkable to the Falls and they office manager offered great local food tips. I would choose this location on our next trip.

Overall property was fine for what we needed without spending a fortune. Property is dated, there are no hair dryers, iron, toiletries are minimal so bring your own. I also would recommend bringing cream/milk and sugar as a few days we didn’t receive packets from the hotel. There is a mini fridge, no microwave. We did return one night where room door wasn’t closed tight, thankfully no issues, nothing was taken but we did alert the front desk and were advised they would ensure door was closed tightly, they also let us know there are lots of cameras and they walk the property often. Overall it served its purpose but it is a very basic hotel. We did not use pool as time/weather weren’t on our side.

Facility was clean, convenient to falls and Lundy’s Lane. We did have a family issue to get back sooner for, spoke to desk personnel who told us early checkout would not result in refund secondary to Expedia policy. I spoke to Expedia who called to have the charge for the day we were leaving early returned to us. The facility declined to honor expedias request.
