  • Nestled on a quiet residential street, Ambiance by the Falls Cozy Suite offers a convenient 10-minute walk to the vibrant Clifton Hill tourist district. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared washer and dryer with owner.

    Each tastefully decorated, non-smoking bedroom features air conditioning, satellite TV with Chromcast, and a private en-suite bathroom.

    Just a short 0.6 km from the Hornblower Niagara Cruise attraction and the Falls viewing areas, our Cozy Suite is also close to Casino Niagara, just 650 meters away.

    This 700 sq. ft. living space, located on the second floor, boasts independent air conditioning and fresh air exchange. The entrance is at the side door of the house, near the backyard parking lot, requiring a door code for access.

    Additional details:
    - The Cozy Suite comfortably accommodates up to four people.
    - Parking is limited to two spaces per stay. Extra parking is not available.
