Great location and host!

Loved the location. We either walked everywhere or took the WEGO. So nice not having to drive. Lincoln was a great host. Responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very helpful. The VBRO met all our requirements. Would def stay here again.

Great spot, clean, 5 min walk to Clifton Hill!

Check in was easy. Place was clean. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Great location for all the attractions on Clifton Hill.

Great place for a weekend get-away. Close walking distance to strip and easy walk to falls. Clean and well maintained. Nice touches with welcome beverage and Christmas decor.

Very nice place. Spotlessly clean, very modern. Great location, can walk everywhere. Lots of parking on site. Host was very responsive to questions. Nice, comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. A big thanks to our host and his cleaners!

Vacation of a life time

We experienced both American & Canada Falls Horse Shoe, Bridal Veil Falls. ,Maid of the Mist boat ride, Explored the adventure cave of the winds. Views atop the Skylon Tower. Toronto CN Tower, Ripley‘s believe it or not aquarium was also amazing.

Very nice!

The property is very nice, just like the pictures. The location is very near the action just as advertised. Because there was miscommunication about which unit we were supposed to stay in, it was not ready. The cleaner was patient and understanding with us trying to help clear up the confusion. Once we got settled, it was a very enjoyable weekend.

Great property- location has pros and cons

We stayed for 2 nights at this property as a family of 4. The house is beautifully decorated as is evident in the photos. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this home was overall very clean. The blinds and walls could use some love. The description mentioned a hot tub, but there is not, which wasn’t a big deal for us. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. This is a lower unit in a 2 story home. There are separate entrances and the only time I interacted with the other family was in the partially private back deck. The home does back up to a parking lot where there was considerable garbage lining the fence. Neighborhood was urban but I didn’t feel unsafe during the day. It was great to walk to Clifton Hill activities in about 5 minutes. The walk to the Falls is a bit of a trek. It took about 25 to 30 minutes with 2 kids in tow. It is hilly at times. Overall, the home itself was lovely, neighborhood was okay, and location was great for Clifton Hills.

This was a great experience for us and our family. The property was clean and well taken care of. All utilities worked well and shower was easy to use. It would have been nice if we had a plug in the tub for our infant child to take a shower. We were able to use it as a tub by inserting a towel into the drain. Minutes to everything downtown.. just a great experience and trip. Will definitely keep it in mind when we go back.

Great House in a Great Location

Wonderful house within walking distance to the falls and attractions. Very clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of room for our family of four. The property manager Lincoln was great to work with and quick to respond. Our family had an incredible vacation in Niagara and would definitely stay here again when we come back.

It was perfect for me and my family, 4 adults 1 teenager. Plenty of room, everyone had their own bed, full bath and half bath was a great addition. Walking to and from the Falls was great, not to far but far enough from the noise. We’d stay here again…10/10. Thank you Lincoln.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Location

The property is beautiful. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is great. We cooked in and ate out, plenty of room for cooking, big fridge for takeout leftovers. We had five people aged 12 and up. The living room was a little small when we all sat together at night, but there were extra chairs in the bedrooms we were able to use, so it was perfect. The pictures do not do the outside justice. The back deck and patio are like an oasis, completely fenced in, sun and shade to choose from. So relaxing for drinking coffee in the morning, reading a book, sitting out at night.If Clifton Hill is your jam, the house it a hop skip and a jump away. When you'd rather be at the falls, it is easily walkable for anyone in decent shape. The hills are steep, but the bus is also nearby if that is a problem for you.The nightly fireworks can be seen from the theater parking lot across the street and one or two doors down. Even if you forget about them, you can still run out and catch them in time.Absolutely no complaints about the house itself. Everything was clean, basic amenities were provided. We really enjoyed our stay. If you are not sure, the answer is yes, this property is perfect : )

Lincoln is a very hospitable host. The appartment is cute ,interior is beautiful and l love the serenity of the environment. It would be better if small portable cloth hanger rack is provided in the other 2 rooms.Overall we enjoyed our stay.
