"The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. They even asked whether I needed to order food for dinner before leaving at night to airport."

"The room was spacious and clean, and they refreshed it every day. Laundry was very prompt and I needed it because I sweated through all my clothes! The gym is small but it worked for me and has an amazing view. The pool deck is great, but the pool itself is in shade in the afternoon. The staff was courteous and responsive. I went to the spa twice and it was amazing; affordable too! The breakfast was also wonderful every morning. I only ordered food from the bar once and it was ok. Other than that, perfect stay!"

"Everything else was very good. The only problem I had was with the king size bed. This bed had a big dip in the middle. Always before the bed has been so great. Only this time and it took a long while for the air conditioner to cool the room down. I want to say your staff is awesome. Hung has been there the last few time and he has made me feel like home.
