"After a series of missed calls and ignored messages in the app, I was able to organise a late check in. Despite this on the day of my arrival, this property was very ready to leave me out on the street in the middle of the night. It took another two missed calls and a yelling match over the phone to finally get into my room. "

"Parking is the biggest let down, I was told over the phone that I would get a pass to park in the carpark next to the hotel but on arrival I was told I had to pay $25.00, if I had known this I wouldn't have booked this hotel, I booked 3 nights in total, 1 night on arrival and 2 days before departure, the problem is I paid upfront but I will not book this hotel again "

Beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything we needed for making meals etc. It is situated within easy walking distance to local supermarket and cafe’s. Certainly recommend for future stays."

"The room is in a secure building next to the bar. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The property is conveniently located in a shopping center next to a New World supermarket. It is only about 20 minutes away from the airport."
