I had no issues staying at Vita Nova. The linen and towels were clean and the room had everything I needed, plus it was serviced daily. They even washed the one glass, bowl and spoon left from breakfast each day. Overall, I would stay here again.

Perfectly fine and inexpensive Riccarton motel

I stayed here at short notice for a conference held on the University campus. For this it was walkable and convenient. The motel was fine, I had an expectation about the quality I could expect and for one night it was perfectly fine.

Loved the unit, great for a family of 4, could see the southern alps from the kids room window. Good size. The only thing was kitchen table is a little wobbly (told the owner) & the shower cubicle was snug 😔 Well priced, honestly best motel we have stayed in for a long time.

I stayed in a duplex apartment - downstairs a small kitchen, shower room & sitting area, and upstairs a comfortable bed, plus a small outside balcony. Good shower, but it was in a very tight space. Quiet & efficient aircon. Friendly welcome from the owner.

Mr. Happy first night in New Zealand

It was what I expected, simple and clean. The room was a good size to house the two single beds, which were comfortable. Big clean shower room. The staff were polite and helpful. Located on a busy road, so some traffic noise.
