I cannot rate the Alpha highly enough on here! Joy was the loveliest and kindest lady who welcomed us when we arrived, arranged a change in rooms and also helped with our bags! Joy went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! Will absolutely always stay here on trips to CHCH from now on!

Very comfortable and very clean spacious unit. There were 3 of us in a 3 person unit but only towels, cutlery, dishes etc for 2 people. No milk and very few tea bags, coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Shower over the spa bath that was a bit ‘tricky’ entering and exiting. We were there for 3 nights. Staff helpful.

Awesome service. We extended our stay using Wotif app and this wasn’t communicated to the motel. Fortunately they had a room and moved a bed into the lounge for our son. Brilliant service thank you.

This is cheap motel and noise road. I had problem with my motel room as had friend staying with me. The owner help out big time gave use other room. The new room i had way better. The first room smell really bad. Sorry but won't stay again. Good for one night only if want cheap motel.
