"Staff is extremely rude, and will not do anything out of their way to help you. The room wasn’t ready until 1 1/2 hours after check in. The front desk was in no hurry to make sure we got the room we reserved. They tried to put us in a double queen instead of a king and told us we could wait if we didn’t want that. No apology, no urgency to get anything done. Just 20 customers in the lobby watching them do nothing. Punk staff with bad attitudes. Do not recommend. "

"Will not stay again. Hotel had a moldy smell. Also in order to get more towels or wash clothes you had to take the dirty one over to a different building. Only cleaned room every 7 days, we stayed 4 nights so had no room service at all. "
