"Absolutely amazing from top to bottom.Litterally check out the ceiling!!! I felt like a disney princess!!Many many pillows to make a nest, the cooloest bathtub/shower alcove, a small kitchenet with a two burner electric stove and counter top oven was perfect for cooking needs.The hot tub was private with the bushes/trees and fencing and absolutely delightful. I didnt think I’d want to get in a hot tub in 80 whether, but when its 85 outside and the water is 99-100 it doesnt feel 85 anymore!!The backyard and the log bridge waa delightful! Place was clean, comfy, and hosts were super responsive. "

"My room was crawling with roaches, as was the entire hotel. There are roach traps set up in the lobby and by the elevators. The carpet in my room also had stains and were sticky in some areas. Breakfast was basic. They ran out of a lot of things like eggs, sausages, and waffle mix and would not replenish even though there was still 30 minutes left of breakfast service. This happened a few times. The hotel washer and dryer do not work. My clothes were soaking wet after an hour in the dryer. I gave up and brought it all back to my room to air dry. I'll be expecting a refund for this. Two of the front desk staff were quite rude when speaking to myself and a few other guests that I overheard. The trash cans on each floor were often overflowing, they clearly do not collect the trash daily. People would throw out their towels, bedding, dirty diapers, etc in the halls right by their doors and those would not be picked up until a day or two later. The fire alarm went off one morning for about an hour. The fire fighters and police arrived and they couldn't figure out why, they said it was possibly just a system failure. Hopefully this was just a one time thing, but it was a huge inconvenience and possibly dangerous if the alarm system was triggered in error. Overall, this place sucked. I've stayed in cheaper places that were better than this."

"The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast was delicious and the air-conditioning worked very well. We also got to enjoy the pool area, which was very nice."

"I’m honestly pretty appalled. This is the second time I’ve booked a room here for an employee coming into town for training, and the experience this time was completely unacceptable. When he checked in, the first room had a window that wouldn’t close, which let bugs in, and the couch was so filthy it couldn’t even be used. After going to the front desk, he was moved not once but twice, and even the third room was still in rough condition. The shower had visible black buildup on the shower head and was stained to the point where he didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. At that point, it’s not just an inconvenience, it’s a cleanliness and health concern. I’m grateful they at least moved him, but it’s concerning that multiple rooms were in that condition. I can’t justify putting another employee here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting even basic standards. When I book hotels for employees, that’s a direct reflection of me. This is unacceptable and how this hotel has decent ratings is beyond me. I will never book here again. "
