Beautiful Scandi Style Family Home in a wonderful Cul De Sac In Newquay.
5 Minutes walk to the Boating lake and start of the gannel estuary.
2 minutes walk to the local pub the Tavern serving great food and live music on the weekends.
The house captures everyday sun - The morning sun streams in through the bifold doors then through to early afternoon and late afternoon the sun is in the garden and then late afternoon and evening the sun sets on our front patio. A real sun catcher. A place you can relax and unwind in the evening watching the skies change colour for the night.
