Great location, easy check in and out, nice info provided by hosts, and clean with plenty of bedding and towels! The only weird thing was that the bedrooms are set up railroad style, so you walk through one to get to the next and also to get to the kitchen. It was fine for us, but if you’re looking for privacy, it’s a little wonky. But overall the place worked great for us and I’d recommend it!

We rented this apartment a year ago and we were very pleased with everything. That's why we came back this year, and we are as pleased now as we were last time. It is a nice place, well situated in the town, and it has a lovely outdoor patio. I would recommend it any day of the week.

Loved the location of this property. Near many attractions near the downtown area. We did not read the description of the rooms close enough to realize one of the full baths is down a spiral staircase. This can be a difficult walk for some at 3:00am.

The Colony Suite was a perfect place for us to stay in Newport. It was clean, well equipped, and tastefully designed. The patio was a bonus, and it added an extra dimension to the house. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, but in a still and quiet neighborhood.

What a great place!

I booked the Colony Suite for a getaway for my Mom and me. The suite has a unique setup that we found delightful and comfy. Both of us slept so well! The location is perfect - short walks to everything. Communications were quick, easy, and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location for restaurants, shops, and the sights. Comfortable beds and the nice large kitchen is a plus. Please remember this is a 250+ old house. It is creaky and quirky. You can’t go wrong staying in this piece of history.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was absolutely ideal—just a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and local shops, which made getting around and exploring Newport super convenient. Having a parking spot right on the property was also a huge plus.The apartment was spotlessly clean and clearly well cared for. Communication was excellent throughout—quick responses, clear instructions, and a smooth check-in and check-out process made everything easy and stress-free.The only minor drawback was the layout, which felt a bit unconventional at times.
