Nice get away

My partner and our two dogs enjoyed staying at 29 Pelham. The property was very clean and modern and totally accessible to the downtown Newport area. We enjoyed having breakfast on the porch!

Felt like home

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was very clean and everything was new. The room was spacious and inviting. We met some of the other guests during our stay and they couldn’t have been any nicer. Thanks Matt for such a great experience.

Good not great

Clean, new, great location, parking all bonuses. Bed is tiny and cheap though so if bad back or anything you will be miserable. Also, I asked a question a few days before check in and didnt get a response for two days which makes me nervous when traveling. Would not stay here again.

Fantastic!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Walking distance to a great downtown and so many fantastic restaurants. Matt was a pleasure to work with offering up tips and recommendations. Property was impeccably clean.

Super-clean, great location

Excellent location, parking and super clean!! Many things in the kitchen did not work. Mattress was very thin and on a piece of plywood. Was told by Matthew, in an email at booking, the room we booked, was a king bed. It was not. We emailed him at arrival, to ask if we were in the wrong room. No response to this date. (Home now 6 days)

Great stay

This was an amazing property right in the heart of downtown Newport. We walked to everything and were even able to bring our dog. Room was modern, clean and comfortable, with many amenities included! Would definitely stay again!
